Seasonal Tips

 

SMOOTHIE RECIPE
3 frozen fruits that have been cut fresh and frozen and put into zip-lock bags
1/2 cup of a green drink (green goodness, green machine, superfood)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon of Super Vital Foods or 1 scoop of Green Vibrance
1 organic yogurt
1 TBS ground flax seeds
  
HOME MADE DRESSING
make in a large glass jar
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 chopped onion
several cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1tablespoon of EVERY seasoning in cabinet:
rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, marjoram, parsley, finest herbs, herbs du province, garlic powder, onion powder
a pinch of cayenne
salt to taste
NO black pepper!!!
 
refrigerate for a day and use on salads and marinades for chicken
 
FRUIT WATER
make in a rubbermaid container or a glass jar w/ a spout
-cut fruit finely to fill up 1 inch in the bottom of the pitcher
-pour filtered water on top
-leave in fridge overnight
-in the morning have FRUIT WATER
 
good fruit and veggies for water:
raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, peach, orange/lemon, orange/lemon/clove, celery, cucumber
this also keeps the body alkaline.

Deworm When Seasons Change

How to...

Deworming Protocol

~50 drops of Black Walnut Seed Extract

~4 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract

~mix together in 6oz. of water

~stir vigorously & drink while still spinning upon rising

~refill glass w/water and drink immediately

~do for 3 weeks - take 1 week off - repeat for 3 weeks

~do at every change of the seasons on the solstice (from the 19th - 22nd)

While deworming...

Every other day...

~dry brush your body w/dry loofah starting at your feet and moving toward your head

~dry brush your face w/a buff puff

~get in hot tub (warm if you have high blood pressure) and soak in 2 cups of Epsom Salt every other night

~when you get out of the tub, do Peroxide therapy on your ears every other night (put 1/4 cap in ear while laying flat on side, allow to bubble for 5 minutes or until bubbling subsides. Drain out and dry well!

Every day...

~Brush Teeth 3x per day

~Floss 1x per day
