A recent study conducted by American Psychological Association reported that 84 percent of women and 75 percent men are stressed out about the economy. "It’s Up to You", is the first of a series of programs designed to motivate and inspire individuals to live their best lives by taking care of themselves and taking advantage of many opportunities that are currently available today.
